Another question please but I'm a litlle lost with that. if i need to translate only the front-end (not the back-end) to the spanish language should I keep the same method to translate it? or should I only change any special file in the plugin directory?

i just downloaded PoEdit to look over the translations. They are all done.
But the Inbox options (like sending a message) are still in english and they don't appear in the PoEdit.

Can this be corrected?

btw: I'm german

PS:

When u send a message here, the words "Recipients: Subject: and Message:" are black.
On my site they are gray like the background and it is very difficulty to read it.
Do i need to take changes in my style.css or in your plugins style.css?
