Post Problem with stylesheet

I added the code for the login into the sidebar of my theme but it doesn't look right. Something is wrong with the CSS. I copied the contents of mingle.css into my theme's stylesheet but that didn't change anything.

Can someone please help me to resolve the strange layout of the login widget on my sidebar.

Thats hard to do without a login...but what isnt looking right? When I click your link above it just looks like the font is set to white in the sidebar which is hiding your headings

Thanks for your response jschires. I haven't logged in here for a while. I am having an issue with the links on the sidebar. All of them Activity, Profile, Settings, Friends, Inbox are all showing as http://rina.factslist.org/activity/

Except for the logout link that works fine. You can login to my site using username: tiny and password:123456

Please give me some pointers if you can.
