trusktr If you visit http://buzztard.org/community/signup/ you’ll notice the captcha image is broken.

If you visit http://bettafootwear.com/~/buzztard_wp/users/signup/ you will notice the same.

This would allow me to use an alternate captcha plugin like “SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam” which already works. This plugin hooks into wordpress and adds captchas to any registration forms.

This would allow me to turn off Mingle’s captcha and use the SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam captcha.

trusktr I don’t see any error messages in my server’s error log.

trusktr After examining the code, i don’t see what’s wrong. The image creation part works perfectly when tested in a stub…. I think the newer version of wordpress is messing something up. I’ve turned off the captcha for now.

trusktr Found it! it is in the wp-admin area. I think it’d be a good feature to have custom fields in the actual blog pages in the profile settings page.
